The Hoover C1660-900 Hush commercial bagless upright vacuum has a 12-amp motor, a twin-chamber bagless system with a HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filter, a power surge switch, a "hush" mode, and various cleaning accessories. The vacuum has a 12-amp motor that picks up dirt and dry debris, as well as small objects such as staples and paperclips. The twin-chamber bagless system with HEPA filter traps dirt and does not require buying or changing vacuum bags. The HEPA air filter removes at least 99.97% of all particles greater than 0.3 micrometers. The power-surge switch gives extra power when vacuuming heavily soiled areas. The "hush" mode allows quiet operation. Cleaning accessories come attached to the vacuum, including a stretch hose, an extension wand, an upholstery nozzle, a dusting brush, and a crevice tool for cleaning surfaces and hard-to-reach areas. The vacuum also includes a headlight, a dual-brush agitator with a 15" cleaning path, and a furniture guard that doesn’t leave marks when it bumps up against furniture or walls.

A height-adjustment knob raises and lowers the vacuum to accommodate different carpet thicknesses. The vacuum comes with a 35' long 3-wire quick-disconnect SJT extension power cord. Large rear wheels allow the vacuum to be easily maneuvered. The vacuum operates in three positions: upright for carpet vacuuming, stationary for using cleaning attachments, and low for reaching under furniture. The handle folds down for easy storage. A lift handle on the front of the vacuum allows the vacuum to be securely held when cleaning stairs. The vacuum is covered under a two-year warranty for commercial use when used as directed by the manufacturer.
